Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Detter | Data Guardian mobile application (the "Service") operated by Lindokuhle Vincent Mnisi.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Detter | Data Guardian accounts

In order to access some features of the mobile application or other elements of the Service, you may have to create a Detter | Data Guardian account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. It is important that you must keep your Detter | Data Guardian account password secure and confidential.
You must notify Detter | Data Guardian immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Detter | Data Guardian account that you become aware of. You agree that you will be solely responsible (to Detter | Data Guardian, and to others) for all activity that occurs under your Detter | Data Guardian account.
Termination
The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Detter | Data Guardian. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Content
Should our Service allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the type of content you share. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. Detter | Data Guardian does not endorse any Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Detter | Data Guardian expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content.
You agree that you will not post or upload any Content which contains material which it is unlawful for you to possess in the country in which you are resident, or which it would be unlawful for Detter | Data Guardian to use or possess in connection with the provision of the Service.
You agree that Content you submit to the Service will not contain any third party copyright material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights (including rights of privacy or rights of publicity), unless you have a formal licence or permission from the rightful owner, or are otherwise legally entitled.
On becoming aware of any potential violation of these Terms, Detter | Data Guardian reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to decide whether Content complies with the content requirements set out in these Terms and may remove such Content and/or terminate a User's access for uploading Content which is in violation of these Terms at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
You further understand and acknowledge that in using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is factually inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable to you. You agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Detter | Data Guardian with respect to any such Content.

General restrictions on use

Detter | Data Guardian hereby grants you permission to access and use the Service, subject to the following express conditions, and you agree that your failure to adhere to any of these conditions shall constitute a breach of these Terms on your part:

- you agree not to alter or modify any part of the Website or any of the Service (including but not limited to the Detter | Data Guardian Data usage monitoring features and its related technologies);
- you agree not to use the Service for any commercial uses unless you obtain Lindokuhle Vincent Mnisi's prior written approval
- you agree not to collect or harvest any personal data of any user for non-approved uses.
- You agree that you will comply with all of the other provisions of the Terms at all times during your use of the Service.
- Detter | Data Guardian is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Service which Detter | Data Guardian provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Detter | Data Guardian has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Detter | Data Guardian may suffer) of any such breach.
- you agree that you are over the age 13 and/or will not share/post/insert info into the Detter | Data Guardian database for any user under the age of 13 and if you do so Detter | Data Guardian (Lindokuhle Vincent Mnisi) is not responsible for this violation.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Detter | Data Guardian. Detter | Data Guardian has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Detter | Data Guardian shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
Detter | Data Guardian reserves the right to make changes the Terms from time to time, for example to address changes to the law or regulatory changes or changes to functionality offered through the Service. Therefore, you must look at the Terms regularly to check for such changes. Your continued use of the Service after the date the Modified Terms are posted will constitute your acceptance of the Modified Terms.
